Dixon’s sales staff is factory trained to provide our customers with the information necessary to buy the right appliance for their needs. Our Appliance Specialists are trained and re-trained throughout the year. Go on, try to stump them!


Delivery

Whenever possible, your new purchase will be delivered within 48 hours. The charge for delivery for most products is $49.99. There may be additional charges for deliveries beyond our normal delivery area and for installations on items such as dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, hoods, gas cooking and laundry, as well as built-ins. Price Protection

Dixon’s understands that there are many reasons why customers decide to buy from a particular dealer. We want to give our customers the assurance that price should never be the reason. We are so confident that you will always find our pricing competitive with the big box stores, we offer a guarantee.

We continually monitor local competitor’s to keep our prices low. If you see an advertised price from another local competitor with the same product in stock, we’ll meet or beat their price. If within 30 days after your purchase, you see a lower price – even our own sale prices – we’ll gladly refund the difference.*

    Extended Service Plans with a 50% Back Guarantee

    For most products that we sell, we offer our customers the ability to purchase Extended Service Plans (ESP) which cover products above and beyond the manufacturer's factory warranty.

    50% Back Guarantee offers an in-store credit in an amount equal to 50% of the Resource Plus Service Plan’s original purchase price paid. Guarantee is available on 5 year plans only. Credit will be issued by New Leaf service Contracts.

    To qualify for 50$ Back Guarantee, the following criteria must be met: No service calls made on eligible product, No paid claims n Service Plans, and Service Plan is in force for the full (5) Five Year term. To redeem, please see store for instructions.

    If we can't repair your covered product, we will replace it with a comparable product if the same product is no longer available.

    Special Discounts & Warranties

    New Product Manufacturer’s Warranties All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty periods and service varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available on the manufacturer’s website or may be requested free of charge by calling the store. Options such as extra protection (see Extended Service Protection) are available at additional cost.

    Return Policy

    Returns:
    If you're not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 10 days of the sale date, except as noted below.

    There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Charges for installation and delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed.

    Missing accessories:
    The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

    Promotional packages:
    Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective

    Damages:
    In no event shall Dixon's, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
